This deposit is thirty percent of the total cost for the trip. As soon as we receive your deposit, and make the reservations you will receive a receipt from the hotel, car rental or any other service requested, via fax or via mail.
Reservations will not be final until we receive your deposit.
All our services are prearranged and fully prepaid. Hotels, lodges, and car rentals don’t hold bookings without us prepaying for them.
The high season for tourism in Costa Rica starts in November and ends in April. We strongly recommend making reservations with plenty of time in advance; months are better than weeks.
Changes/Cancellations. It is understandable that travelers occasionally may want to make changes at the last minute, even after arrival in the country. Making these changes involves extra work for us, but we will try not to charge any extra fee for that.
However, we must charge for any costs for fees and/or penalties imposed by the companies affected by changes made after bookings are guaranteed or for cancelled services.
Cancellations 30 days or more prior to the scheduled trip will receive a full refund, minus hotel deposits and any other costs or fees imposed by any of our providers.
In case of a cancellation received in our office 15-29 days prior to the trip, a 50% refund, minus hotel deposits and any other costs or fees imposed by any of our providers, will be made.
There will be no refund for cancellations made 14 or fewer days prior to the trip. There will be no refund for unused portions of itineraries.
