More than 240 species of bird, 13 mammals, countless amphibians, reptiles and insects (and I can’t begin to describe the diversity of the flora) on a fabulous fortnight’s trip in this stunning country. The accommodation was great, as was the food; the itinerary was varied and interesting; and the organisation flawless. Alfredo was the perfect guide, driver and host, and we learnt so much more about his amazing country from him than just about its flora and fauna (about which his knowledge was exceptional).
